Els riscos d&#8217;una obra s\u00f3n m\u00faltiples, des dels danys materials que els colindants poden patir per obres de certa envergadura, fins a danys corporals de tercers o de membres de la mateixa empresa reparadora contractada per la comunitat.<\/p>\n<h4>Enumerem alguns dels sinistres m\u00e9s habituals,<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; A causa de treballs de reforma en pilars i murs, edificis lim\u00edtrofs pateixen esquerdes i moviments als seus habitatges.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Durant uns treballs de rehabilitaci\u00f3 de la fa\u00e7ana amb bastides es produeix un accident laboral a un treballador de la mateixa empresa de rellev\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Durant el treball de restauraci\u00f3 d&#8217;una cornisa, col\u00b7lapsa i causa danys corporals causant seq\u00fceles importants a uns vianants.<\/p>\n<p>Per estar coberts davant de reclamacions i indemnitzacions com les anteriors hem de tenir en compte:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0COMPROVAR LES ASSEGURANCES<\/h4>\n<p>Comprovar les assegurances de les empreses que treballen al nostre edifici, ja que som responsables (subsidiaris) dels danys que causin a tercers o pateixin ells mateixos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Asseguran\u00e7a de responsabilitat civil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hem de fixar-nos que el contracte estigui en vigor, que els l\u00edmits d&#8217;indemnitzaci\u00f3 siguin suficients i que l&#8217;activitat descrita a la p\u00f2lissa sigui la mateixa de l&#8217;activitat que desenvolupen al nostre edifici.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Asseguran\u00e7a d&#8217;accidents de conveni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ens hem de fixar que el contracte estigui regularitzat, i l&#8217;activitat sigui la desenvolupada a l&#8217;obra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Asseguran\u00e7a de tot risc de construcci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cas que hi hagi maquin\u00e0ria o materials dipositats a les zones de treball d&#8217;obra de valor rellevant, \u00e9s recomanable que s&#8217;assegurin aquests valors de maquin\u00e0ria i materials o b\u00e9 contractualment ho assumeixi l&#8217;empresa constructora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>TENIR CONTRACTADA UNA ASSEGURAN\u00c7A DE RESPONSABILITAT CIVIL.<\/h4>\n<p>-Dins de la mateixa p\u00f2lissa de RC general<\/p>\n<p>La majoria d&#8217;assegurances d&#8217;edificis de comunitats de propietaris, llars, empreses dins del capital i garantia responsabilitat civil ja cobreixen la responsabilitat civil de les obres de reparaci\u00f3 o millores, per\u00f2 queden limitades per a la mida de l&#8217;obra.
